Welcome to our newsletter

I am delighted to share our first quarterly newsletter with you which is aimed at keeping you updated on things that have been going on within Blue Peak, as well as provide some useful updates. Blue Peak prides itself on working hard to understand the needs of businesses and we are passionate about building lasting relationships with other excellent professionals to ensure clients are getting a broad range of support, so if you would like to feature in our 'Spotlight' or are interested in collaborating on upcoming events please let us know.

Office Move

Exciting news!!

The Blue Peak team have moved to a new larger location - Arena in Winnersh. There is plenty of parking for clients and visitors and the rail station is just a short stroll away - great news as visitors are always very welcome!

And our Practice Manager, Sam, says the added bonus is the on-site cafe which serves a delicious Chai Tea Latte!

Bizfest

Our RG9 BizFest event at The Green Room in Henley was a huge success. The aim was to offer business owners the opportunity to discuss specific broader topics with a wide variety of professionals on a 1:1 basis (from tax and accountancy through to business protection, marketing, IT and making your business sustainable). We also ran some group sessions and finished the day with a drinks reception kindly sponsored by Sky AdSmart. It was lovely to see so many of our clients and to meet local business owners and chat about how we can guide, help and support. Feedback from the event makes it clear that the efforts were appreciated.

Thames Valley 250 2024

Blue Peak is delighted  to have been invited to sponsor the Thames Valley 250 and play a part in helping recognise the companies that are contributing so much to our wonderful region. Technical Updates
Spring Budget: The Blue Peak team have put together some key updates from the Spring Budget announcements. We have a wealth of experience assisting individuals and businesses with all aspects of tax and accounting, from tax compliance through to tax efficiencies. Changes to Companies House Fees:

Company incorporation and registration fees will increase from 1 May 2024. Use the link below to find out what this may mean for you. One notable change is for an online confirmation statement - increasing from £13 to £34.

Charity Events / Fundraising

We were delighted to receive a thank-you letter from the Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service which, with the enthusiastic support of our clients, we have been raising funds for and assisting their wonderful team.

We have chosen the organisation as our charity of the year for the third year running and really look forward to joining with our clients to help this amazing charity.
